The Kingdom of Bhutan is a beautiful country located between India and China and is often referred to as the legendary Shangri La. Among its export products are fine art printing papers.

The Foundation in conjunction with Far East Art Imports, the company that imports these fine art papers has sponsored a print exchange including 15 printmakers from the Woman Printmakers of Austin, Texas, and 15 printmakers from the Northern Printmakers Alliance, Duluth, Minnesota. All the prints were printed on Bhutan paper.

Nine venues have been arranged for the exhibit of these wonderful prints: 3 in Texas, 3 in Minnesota, one each in Connecticut and Utah and the inaugural exhibit at the Bhutan Embassy in New York City. Times and dates will be posted when available.
